The new Cordoba 4 builds on a proven legacy – over 1,500 machines sold since 2000 – and introduces smart digital features that take performance, flexibility and user-friendliness to a new level.
Ideal for producing single and double flap covers, gatefolds, Z-folds, brochures, folders and more, Cordoba 4 is designed for creasing paper and cardboard (80~600 g), including laminated, varnished and digitally printed materials.
Its integrated knife and matrix creasing unit pre-creases substrates before folding, ensuring crisp, crack-free results. Larger rollers and modified folding pockets allow smooth folding of heavy stocks. A light glue application on the edge of the flap keeps it closed during processing, reducing jams — the glue is removed in later trimming.
Cordoba 4 also supports perforating and gluing add-ons, and folding ploughs for presentation folders. It's perfect for short and ultra-short runs – even book-of-one production – thanks to its quick automatic format change and competitive price point.
